Eric and Karra Jenkins, the owners of Precision Home Repair LLC, have successfully converted an old barn into a beautiful family home. Eric Jenkins began by supporting the top floor of the two-story barn with a large steel beam, which was left exposed to provide an industrial look. After that, he framed the walls of the home and replaced two existing garage doors with windows. Eric also wired the whole home into the existing circuit. 

 

The next step was to insulate, sheetrock, and finish the walls. They painted the entire home and started installing cabinets. Then came the trim work, carpet, flooring and countertops. They finished off the house with matte black accents, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and farmhouse-style ceiling fans, which perfectly complemented the interior design.
